For breathtaking mountain views, the Banff Gondola sits nine minutes away via car, offering panoramic sightlines over Sulphur Mountain’s peaks. Nature lovers can visit Bow Falls in six minutes’ drive, where cascading waterfalls meet lush trails along the Bow River. Further out but still accessible within eleven minutes by vehicle are Vermilion Lakes, perfect for scenic walks or wildlife spotting near Lake Minnewanka’s shores.
It was clean, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was excellent…..very quiet at night, but close to everything in Banff. The bus stop was a two minute walk and there was a mini-market within a five minute walk.
We really enjoyed the location - a 10 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants and in a slightly quieter location. The Bungalow provided a lovely cosy cabin-feel after days spent in the cold hiking and exploring all the amazing place around Banff.
The only thing which we found was the shower pressure being very low but that is inevitable in this style of property so it is all part and parcel of the cabin charm!
